" Get Ready ALL Crate car driver's YOUR Championship
is Saturday"
$800.00 Dollars up for GRABS, GO FOR IT CRATE DRIVERS
All the crate car drivers will have their cars ready for this Saturday Night at West Georgia Speedways super crate Championship race.
That means, the #16 Tony Kemp will be ready, not to mention, his rival who had brake problems last Saturday night during some qualifying, and that driver would be #14 Michael "Mouth, Showcase" Keener, who I know will put on one heck of a show, as he does every time he races.
I am not sure of all the drivers that will be racing, but maybe we will get the chance to see #89 of young and talented Carey Smith.
Who knows who will make the show, but fans be ready for a real shoot-out this Saturday Night at West Georgia Speedway and the BURG.
Some of the other races that should be a show will be the Modified Mini race, which features drivers like #6 Richard Bagby and #07 Frank Long, plus #20 Ryan Heppner, who has been racing hard, but a car that is really showing some signs of improving are the #B14 of Bubba Collins who finished in 3rd for the last two weeks. Richard is looking for a win he is win less in his last two races, and that is so unlike Richard. All we have to do is sit back and watch because I don't believe Richard is satisfied with running 2nd two weeks in a row.
The heat will be a factor again, this weekend, and I am not looking forward to the unbearable Georgia Heat wave. I mean it is so hot, that all people want to do is look for shade, and even in the shade it is still not cool at all.
The Hobby car race should be a dandy, except we will be missing, #3 Jeff Carter as he is with his family fishing and enjoying the great outdoors here in Georgia. Nothing, like a lake and the family, but don't worry when he gets back he will again be in his Hobby car, and ready to race.
You can't keep the big man from his race car long, he and his entire family or racing fanatics.
Don't worry racing will be great as Blant Duke and his new car with a new spruced up engine should be ready to try and beat the dominant #29 of Champion Rusty Johnson, who is the 2009 West Georgia Speedway Hobby car championship driver. If Rusty shows it will be his first time back since his amazing Hobby car win, where he edged out Blant Duke for the championship.
I am trying to find out if #47 Jason Causey will be driving this Saturday night or will Mark Knight be behind the wheel of this amazing car, that seems to always run in the front.

NEWS FLASH: Mark Knight just informed me he will be driving Jason's Car in the Hobby race.
Other drivers that will be racing in the Hobby car race is the outstanding, #31 Blake Griffin who ran away from the field on Saturday night to take the win.
One driver that has been missing is #69 of Roscoe Collins, who is a force any time he is racing.
Another is long time driver #92 of Joe Hillman, these two drivers can and will always put on a show at West Georgia Speedway, when ever they show up, but Collins and Hillman have not been showing up, and I would have expected to see them in the Hobby car Championship at least, because when the money is on the line they shine.
Who ever shows up in the Hobby feature, the fans will be in for some great racing action from flag to flag, there is always some real action on the track when you have the hobby cars running.
In the Enduro feature, we wonder if #M4 of Winford Minnix will make the show after running so hard and winning another Championship at West Georgia Speedway. He is on a roll, and when Winford starts rolling other driver's should watch out, because Winford is a driver that has won many a race, and will continue to win unless his motor gives out.
Other outstanding drivers are #91 of Lee Owensby who finished 2nd last week, Owensby is a driver that is young and talented and raw and has the ability to really make a name for himself in his racing career.
The car in the Enduro race that is sneaking up on everyone is #55 from the racing team of "Team Twisted Racing" , featuring young and raw and talented Steven Parker, who has a way of making his car handle for him at a track to hard to tame. Parker could be the next up and coming feature star driver. As I have always said to drivers that I have met, there is only one way to drive and if they use their head they will be a winner. That is what I told Reed Sorenson, and now look where Reed is.
Lets not look past Minnix, Owensby, or Parker, because they may have some great cars, but the Track is their worst enemy, and after all there are other drivers that can and will win on any Saturday night, so just don't look at the top 3 , because there is always someone ready to win and move some one down a notch.
The crate car race should bring out some real championship drivers, and those that are hungry for a win, and that mean Tony Kemp and Michael Keener, will have their hands full, because they will not be the only crate car drivers wanting the cash, and the win, and the notoriety of being known as the Crate Car champion of 2009 at West Georgia Speedway. Don't forget Mark Knight will also be racing in his #K77 Blue Crate car.
The feature should be 30 long laps but Crate cars are as fast as the Sportsman cars, and many people come just to watch the crate cars because they are that fast. Remember the Crate cars will have to qualify to see where they line up. So a good qualifying time is a must.
All I can say is this should be another shoot-out and I have know idea who will win this big exciting Championship racing feature.
When we have a brief intermission, and the food is grabbed up by some hungry race fans, the action will return as the Sportsman, make their way on to the 3/8Th oval dirt track.
This weekend I know we will not see #99 of Rucker Orr, who was banned for 2 weeks because he refused to tear his car down. That also cost him the race money and another win.
So this Saturday night we should see, #G1 of Glenn McWaters, back again trying to keep his winning streak on a roll.
Tell me do you think Ryan Law will make the show, or will he not make the show, the same goes for Fletcher Cavander, who knows if either car will make the show.
One driver that will not make the show will be #25 of Scott Duffey, as he is getting his car ready for the 4th of July for the big $1000.00 to win Sportsman feature.
That is also, the same time Rucker Orr will make his return to the "Burg", and I know that Glenn McWaters will be waiting for Orr, this should be the show of the season.
Ok, grab some friends and be there, Saturday night as the Crate Cars will be getting it on, during the Crate Car Championship.
