LOOK UP, WHAT IS THAT, THE SUN, YOU MEAN SOMETHING WARM ?
Can we ever get out of this crazy weather,
.
This Dog has the right idea "A fan"
Remember those days at the race tracks, like Senoia and West Georgia Speedway when all we wanted was "Water" "Gator-aid" or anything COOL. Can you remember how we hated to hear how hot the temperatures were going to be?
People came with
coolers, filled with
cold drinks and
plenty of water!
to see the best of the best drive around a 3/8th oval dirt track.
Drivers like #B7. Billy Bright Jr, won some big races at New Senoia Raceway. Next season we will all be
happy to see the
the return of a legendary, Billy Bright Sr who will return and race in the B-Cadet feature along with his son Billy Bright Jr, plus Tim Bright, so it is going to get wild and I hope Billy Sr. teaches Billy Jr. then again who will be chasing who?
.
The B-Cadets will be packed with some of the
of the fastest race cars in the South, add
in #3 Jeff Carter, #T7 of Tim Bright, plus up and coming driver's #25 Bobby Slauson and and you will see some big time "bang, bang" in B-Cadet racing. How can we leave out #11 T.J.Joiner, young wild and a new force to be watched.
But will the real champion return "Joe Hillman" in his #01J that he made famous for years at 7 Flags speedway be back to take on some of these high and mighty drivers?
Have you ever noticed that the
Brights like holding checkered flags?
Billy Bright Jr, has the same problem as
his Father, he likes holding the checkered flag, must be some thing in the family.
Wonder what Sammy Duke and the officer is telling Billy Bright, after a m
ess of a crash.
If you look close you will not only
see #B7 of Billy Bright in this mess but
in the distance #B7 of Billy Bright Jr. what a mess.
Billy Bright ran at Senoia
when it was Asphalt, so you can tell he has been around.
Drivers like Billy Bright, have seen his share of bringing home a car that is mashed because of getting involved in a accident on the track, but he has always walked away and fixed his car to race another day, and WIN.
Limited Late Model Drivers are already in the process of getting their cars ready for the 2011 season. Which by the way opens on April 2nd, at the New Senoia Raceway in Senoia, Ga.
I am sure we will see the return of #99 Rucker Orr in his new car, and maybe this year Orr can get that win, that he wants so bad.
But in his way will be #
73
of "Racing" Jason Williams, plus the man that everyone
fears
#21 "Little Joe
Armistead Jr.", who had the crowd standing to their feet as he made one of the most daring passes on the
high side right in
front of the flag stand.
Shane Fulcher, brings in his #9 racing rig to the Senoia raceway infield.
This new season 2011 some one new will be driving in the same feature as his son, Shane's dad who will be driving the #29 Limited Late Model, so this should be very interesting, again father and Son, racing together.
Shane's Father should be driving this super looking #29 when Senoia opens in April 2011
.
So you see you will have the Brights, Father and Son, and in Limited Late Model with the Fulcher 's, Father and Son. So you see we have some great racing features to watch.
The Driver with the "Bullseye" on him is young and talented #21 Little Joe Armistead,Jr.who blew every one a way at Senoia in 2010,
Joe ia one of the fiercest drivers on any race track, give him a inch and he will take it, he is also one of the crowds favorite
drivers, and 2011 at Senoia he should be the man to watch.
Little Joe is doing what he does BEST and that is WIN, he is a proven Winner, and can out drive some of the best.
He will be challenged this new year at Senoia but if I were a betting man, I would lay my cash on him, although there are some drivers that can maybe out run him, and that would be Shane Fulcher, Rucker Orr, Jason Williams and who kno
ws who else, but
Armistead is still the man with the "Bullseye".
So lets all get ready for racing season, where we can all "Play in the clay"
ALL I CAN SAY, IS GRAB YOUR HELMET, THIS IS GOING TO BE ONE WILD 2011 RACING SEASON AT NEW SENOIA RACEWAY.
MANY THANKS TO ALL,
