ICE HEADS SOUTH, HOLD ON FOLKS

THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS HOPING FOR IN JANUARY 2011 !!!

ICE AND SNOW IN ATLANTA, COME ONE, WE ARE TIRED OF COLD WEATHER, LETS GET READY FOR SOME RACING WEATHER!

Instead of preparing for racing season, we are preparing our homes for the cold winter weather and hope and pray we don't loose power, one thing is for sure we know when the storms are coming so that gave us all time to raid the grocery stores, and buy Milk, Bread, and other goodies.

Another thing we won't have to do is WORK on Monday unless you are driving one of the thousands of salt and sand trucks over miles of roads in Georgia.

All I can say is PLOW BABY PLOW!

The main thing I don't want to see is POWER LINES bending and snapping, cutting electric to homes all over Georgia.

n

Please don't have your cars stuck out in this weather, if at all possible STAY HOME, wait this out, we don't want any of you sick or hurt in this crazy weather.

We all know it will be over, and then we can concentrate on Racing at Senoia Raceway or West Georgia Speedway.

Lots of race fans are itching for the season to begin, all information points to Senoia Raceway practicing in MARCH with the home opener on April 2nd, 2011.
West Georgia speedway is up in the air now, we have no info on WGS but as soon as I access it you will know what the schedule looks like at Historic West Georgia Speedway.

All I can say is stay tuned to your local weather and be prepared for the worst, and if any of the Northerners start laughing at us let us don't worry what they think, we have to take care of our families here in the South.

"EVEN SUPERMAN, SAYS I REFUSE TO FLY IN THIS WEATHER, I AM STAYING HOME AND WATCHING THE SNOW FALL, AND WHEN IT BLOWS OVER I WILL BE AIR-BORN AGAIN, AND THEN WE CAN ALL GO RACING".

So to every reader of this blog, please stay health, and warm and lets all wait this mess out, we have a lot of racing season to look forward too, so stay off the roads if you can. IF YOU HAVE TO GO OUT PLEASE DRIVE SLOW AND CAREFUL.

Many Thanks,
